Can the family sharing organizer also be a parent to approve children's "ask to buy"? Don't see a way to enable an organizer to be a parent.
The organizer has approval authority for Ask to Buy. They don't need to be designated as a parent.

You shouldn't have to. I don't know why you aren't getting the Ask to Buy requests.

In my case, the ask to buy notifications only went to the parent/guardian device, not the organizer device. I thought I need to assign organizer as a parent in order to receive notifications.
