IMac wireless mouse needs recharging?
My IMac is approximately 1 year old and the wireless mouse that came with the computer has stopped working. I pried it open but there are no batteries to replace. How can it be reactivated?

well, you voided the warranty if there as any on the mouse.
The MM2 mouse requires a USB to Lightning port adapter recharge. The adapter is located on the bottom of the mouse, so while you cant use the mouse during recharge the process should only take a few minutes.

Never mind! I found the answer on another part of the Apple site. (Connect the lightning cable to the mouse and go to system preferences/Bluetooth to track charging progress). Hope I didn’t waste anybody’s time!
By prying it open you likely ruined it, it should have a port to plug a lightning cable into to charge it. You can try that, if it does not work then you need to replace it.
