App Store

Can't install apps from App Store. I created my Apple ID on Apple website using Montenegro as my country, but when I sign in the App store and try to purchase something, it asks me to complete my ID with payment options and it offers just Croatia as a region. I cannot choose it because of the phone number. What to do?

You are supposed to use the store in the region that matches your payment information. Which region is your credit card and billing address in?
