I was scrolling through the reviews of an album on iTunes Store and one of the comments had some weird symbols and numbers in it. It said '. For example, it said "I won' 't say I dislike this album." It does it on my iphone but not on my macbook. What does this mean?

Probably not. No need to be concerned. It was probably an glitch with the text when saving. It's a very minor issue.
