how to safely log off my account in google chrome on a computer other than my 21.5 inch mac

Log off your Google account in the browser window. Click on "Login" if not already selected in the browser window. Click on "Remove an Account" (as shown in the screen shot below). All accounts listed in the log-in window will then have a red circle icon with a slash through it. Select the one you want to delete from the browser memory, click on the red icon. And you're done.

I did a quick search of You Tube and found this. (Click on the blue text). It seems there is a video for everything these days. I also found this link to a "Business Insider" article about signing out of a Google account. If you follow those directions plus what I previously outlined you will remove all traces of your account from being accessed by a casual user of the computer you are sharing.
