Call Back Unknown Caller

How can I call back an unknown caller? I know about the *69 method, but at the time I needed to call someone else before I was able to call them back.

Recent call history showing two names or numbers Hi everyone. Anyone else having this issue. Started when I updated to ios16. Every time I make a call to one person or receive a call, it comes up with two contact names or even random phone numbers. These are not double up contacts either. You can’t call back an unknown caller. They presumably don’t want to be called back, because if they did they would not have suppressed their CLID.
