I didn’t lose one I barley bought them but had them for a like a week and I left them at my friends house but came back and they were gone. So if I used them as a Bluetooth device is there a way to track or replace the whole stolen set of air pod pros and the charger.

There is not.
The above article lists all tracking methods- other than your happening to see the AirPods with your eyes.
