Apple Watch not syncing with phone data.

The next step would be to unpair the Watch from the iPhone, power cycle the iPhone, then pair it again. You can try restoring from backup, and if that does not work correctly, then re-pair and set it up as new.

Same problem. I shut both phone and watch off and restarted. I opened the watch app and Opened to reset under settings, and reset sync data. Twice. Tried a few combinations of each. The data on my watch is accurate, but not syncing since Monday at 1am (while I was sleeping).

What troubleshooting have you done?

That’s what I ended up doing. Unfortunately all the activity data on my watch didn’t transfer/sync with my phone. But it’s working now. Thanks!
