Joined wifi network (name). This network is found at a new location

I receive the following notification "Joined wifi network (name). This wifi network (name) is found at a new location." on my iPhone 7 Plus when I am away from my home or when I return home again. For instance going in a coffee shop and turning on my iPhone. Why am I getting this message? Is someone else using my wifi? Is there something I should do to stop getting this notification?

iPhone 7 Plus, software version 13.3.

Apple has a database of Wi-Fi networks and their locations that it uses to fine-tune location services. If the same network is found at more than one location you will see this message. Frequently it comes if you are using a Wi-Fi hotspot device that you carry around with you. It can also happen if a network you are using has been recently moved. Note that it uses the network’s MAC address, not the SSID (network name), so 2 networks with the same name will generally not trigger this message. But you can actually ignore the message; it won’t affect Wi-Fi usage.

Hey ccdj31965,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

I understand from your post that you're having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi and getting an error when away from your home location. I'd be happy to help out.

In this situation, I'd recommend trying the steps here first to test:
