Why can’t I edit a cell with that useless pop up that I can’t get rid of! I am trying to insert another letter without having to retype everything. And How can you disable that stupid pop up?

Hello,
This is due to that cell being formatted as a “Pop-Up Menu” cell. You can edit this cell by tapping the Format Button (paint brush) > Format > Pop-Up Menu. Within this menu you can edit each menu option.
