I have a problem with Bluetooth. It occurs on my iPad and iPhone. When I go to Bluetooth in Settings it is constantly searching. Can I stop this to reduce battery use or does it stop automatically once I come out of settings? I cannot turn Bluetooth off as I need to remain paired with the Pencil and watch respectively.
Advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

It will stop searching as soon as you exit from Bluetooth in Settings.

I guess it is like the fridge light... it goes off when you close the door.
I had to think it was OK as all 4 of our iPhones and iPads had the same issue.
