Problem with favourites list

Hi, I have an iPhone XR running iOS 13.3. If I try and phone someone from my favourites list it changes after starting to dial to calling an alternative favourite. However if I call someone using the recent calls list I do not get the same problem. Anyone else having this problem or know what to do. TIA

Check the phone number format stored in Contacts app.
