I have Premium Microsoft Solitaire Collection on 3 android devices. Premium that I pay for monthly has always just been there when I downloaded app on to a new device. When I downloaded this app on this iPad is says I have no purchased apps. Prompts me to purchase Premium. How do I get this app on my iPad as Premium. Thank you.

You may not be able to. Traditionally each purchase is tied to the platform it runs on....buy it on windows you need to rebuy it on iOS. Buy it on Android you need to rebuy it on windows
If microsoft offers a cross platform account then you’d need to check with them how to access that.

I purchased Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my Samsung tablet, Apple doesn’t recognize that I have already purchased it.
