I have an IPhone 10XR. Up until yesterday my iMessages would be a blue color and say delivered when texting to another iPhone. Today when texting to just one particular iPhone user they are green and do not say delivered. Why? Thank you

Maybe that person turned iMessages off and is using only SMS, or they could be using a non Apple phone now ask them.
