Sim lock Problem

Where, exactly, did you buy the phone?

Are you sure you purchased an unlocked phone?

If it is carrier locked, only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it.

Only the carrier can remove their lock.

WHERE in America?

Only Apple sells unlocked iPhones in the US. If you purchased it from a retailer such as Best Buy, Walmart, etc. you did NOT buy an unlocked phone.
