REFURBISH A MAC

Refurbishing generally means to repair and re-manufacture for sale. Companies, like Apple, do this to their own products to re-sell them at a discount. 3rd parties can do his, to make money off of a device they purchased used, and want to resell for profit.

Do you perhaps mean you want to have it serviced, to fix any issues?

You don't need to "refurbish" your computer. You need to troubleshoot your problem(s).

To any Apple Authorized Service Provider in your area, if you need help locating one please give AppleCare a call again and they will tell you who is in the area.

Or, run Etrecheck from the app store and use the the little text box at the bottom of the message writing box to post the report. Maybe we can make some suggestions of things you can do yourself.
