Storage Full on Apple Watch. Deleted stuff. No change

I keep getting storage full on my 3rd gen apple watch. I've done the suggestions in this post: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7848610 but nothing changes. Says I've got 0 available 4.7G used.

I've reduced photo storage to 25. There is no music on the watch. I've deleted a dozen or so apps.

What else can I do?

Thank you! unpairing and repairing fixed the issue. Now I have 4.0G free!

No. It just randomly comes up and says "Storage Full".

Ok, if you unpair and repair the watch the process cleans all the data caches and temporary files.And you should get a refreshed reading of how much free storage you have.
