where is the restrictions option deleting apps, i want to delete downloaded apps

...this is my iPhone but i do not recall ever setting a Screen Time Passcode... any tips on how to easily change the passcode, without disrupting the contents of my phone?
Sorry, the only way that I know of completely erases the phone. That is described in Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
