Pop-up Blocker?

Gracious! I just want to turn off my pop-up Blocker temporarily! I'm not asking for the nuclear codes!

MacBook Pro 13”, macOS 10.15

Check Safari/Preferences/Websites/Pop-up Windows settings to make sure the web site is set to Allow.

You are welcome. Does Safari/Preferences look like the screen shot below? Try quitting/reopen ing Safari and check again.

Thank you Eric for a coherent answer, but after going to Safari/Preferences/ I cannot find the next step: "Websites." There is nothing which says "Websites." Now what?
