Does the apple watch series 5 having any restrictions in Japan on ECG, we brought in Japan for the usage of my uncle in India.
If not is there any way to enable ECG functionality in India which is brought in Japan.

ECG will not work on an Apple Watch purchased in Japan, no matter where you wish to use it. And, there is no way to make it work. If you wish to use ECG in India, you need to purchase the Watch in India.
