Phone support is only free for the first 90 days unless you purchase AppleCare+. There are a number of ways to contact Apple Support, use the link at the top of the page. You can set up a return phone call, you can use Chat, or you can make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store. There is also an Apple Support app you can use, or if you use Twitter, they have an account there, @AppleSupport.
I already went to that suggestion by Apple. There is no "Apple Support" that you can get without paying and then remembering to cancel the 3rd party ripoff. One of the richest companies in the world, but no free phone suppport.
