I accidentally added $50 worth of funds to my Apple ID and don’t know how to undo it

Could someone please help me with this issue?

contact iTunes Support to see if they can/will help you remove the money. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
