Two-Factor Authentication

Hi,

I have forgot my security questions for “two-factor authentication”, when I go to change them they ask for at least one answer, but I forgot. Is it possible that these can be re set?

How to Reset Security Questions when the device to send a security code is no longer active? I am having trouble enabling two-factor authentication, I forgot the answer to my security questions and the device to send the security code is no longer functioning. (it's a very old device, now that I have a new one, I can't setup my 2-factor authentication.
