I have an iPad that an old employee used with their info and I can't obtain it. It is disabled. What can I do to have it reset?

I have an iPad that an old employee used their info with. It is now diabled. How can I do a hard reset without their info?

You can restore it without their info, but if they used their own Apple ID to set it up, you'll be a little stuck. You will need to provide proof that your business owns the iPad and proof you work for the company so Apple can help.
