Anyone know what this "TechLetterSearch" program is?

Several times a day I get a message that wants me to Allow/Deny a connection and I have no idea what it is in regards to or what this program is and can't find it on my computer anywhere. Says (yellow exclamation point):

Do you want the application "TechLetterSearch" to accept incoming network connections? Clicking Deny may limit the application's behavior. This setting can be changed in the Firewall pane of Security & Privacy preferences.

Can anyone tell me what this program is and how to get rid of it if I can? Thanks!
