Trade in

Hello! I have an iPhone x I wanted to trade in, however it has a crack across the screen up top. It’s not a very deep one however and is barely noticeable, unless viewed from an angle or on a really white screen. Would I get any money back if I tried to trade it in?

iPhone X trade in Question I have an iPhone X that I'm looking to trade in for a newer iPhone & the touchscreen in great condition but the back has a slight crack on top around the camera & I was wondering if this will affect the trade value if I attempt to trade it through Apple

You'll have to show it to Apple and see what they say. The trade values are maximums for devices in undamaged condition. Whether Apple will give you anything for a damaged phone is up to them.
