Facial recognition not working after screen replacement

I’m just curious did a apple certified dealer replace the screen. I would recommend going to a Apple store. As the person who did the replacement could have forgotten to connect a wire or broke one.

So if you look on YouTube you can find there sense my last post got removed for being “inappropriate.” I whould also maybe try taking it to a “Apple store” to be properly examined.

That is odd. I unfortunately can’t think of why the Face ID is not working unless the put a different model phone screen/ brackets. But even then that should not effect that. What model of iphone is it.
