error code 100083

Can somebody help me pleeeeeease i can't copy all my file's from my Mac Pro 2013 to my external HDD. It give my this as the reason : The operation could not be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code 100083).



No matter if exFAT ore APFS ore using other external drive all not working.



It's a Lacie Porsche Design 6TB external HDD.

Mac Pro, macOS 10.14

You mentioned NTFS format drives, NTFS stands for Windows New Technology File System. Microsoft has stated that NTFS is Microsoft Proprietary, and they will sue anyone who has not paid them Royalties.


MacOS does not WRITE NTFS drives (although it can format and read them) without add-on software.
