recover icloud account
I need to reset an iCloud password but do not have two-factor authentication set up and do not know trusted phone number. Not currently signed in to iCloud on any device with account needing recovered.

If you don't have 2 Factor Authentication set up on the account, you don't need a trusted phone number. Try the links below.
Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
