Recovered stolen iPhone

I have recently recovered my iPhone that was stolen, I have the original receipt to prove I am the owner, how can I have the password and Apple ID removed of the person that had the device?

 if you are the original owner, take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
