Badoo premium bought myself and doesn’t work.

I am from Belarus and I can’t turn to Russian support. Badoo support is also not responding. Only here. Tell me, how can I get a refund for a non-working application?

Refund question Hi! I am from Ukraine. I was charged when buying an app faulty, since I have clicked for the free trial yet I was charged nethertheless with the maximum amount.
