i just got ipad 2018, 9.7 inch i want to install the ios update but i receive a message of error in installation anyone can help please ?

Try deleting the downloaded update from your iPad - restart the iPad - then re-attempt the update.

To remove the failed update:

Settings > General - iPad Storage - scroll down the list of Apps until you find the Update, touch, then select delete.

This will hopefully resolve the problem. Please let us know if this solves the problem.
