Disabled apple ID

My iphone keeps saying my Apple ID is disabled when I try to purchase an app on my iphone. How can I regain access to dowload an app?

 Apple ID disabled - Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes


Contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
