iPhone 7 malfunctioning after iOS 13.3 update

Any tips on resolving the many serious problems caused by updating iPhone 7 to iOS 13.3? The camera, phone, and email are the worst affected that I’ve noticed so far. Camera and phone barely function since the update and email is insanely slow to load.

Basic troubleshooting steps:

Restart, Reset, Restore from backup and Restore to factory settings.
