How do I change Siri's response when I ask a question?

There is no setting for that. You can provide feedback to Apple by going here, Feedback - iPhone - Apple

We have no control as to what Siri responds. But you can try with a different voice or a different language (if feasible).

Siri in Female Mexican Spanish (my home country) offers quite different responses than Female American English (a bit less lucid, too) for example.
