i have an ipad that has an app uploading something over and over again and is using all my wifi speed. how can I discover which app it is. My internet provider told me it can tell the device is doing this but not which app and why. How do I discover what app it is and how do I stop it?

Try doing a force restart of the iPad. It is possible there is a process that is stuck trying to finish. The restart should release it. See the instructions here for force restarting the iPad, depending on model. Restart iPad - Apple Support

Tried the hard start. It didn’t help. I finally reset my iPad to factory and installed my backup. It’s working great now.
If you go to Settings>Battery, and see what is using the highest percentage of your battery. That could help. You will have to see what it is first to see what to do with it.
My email used the most 34% 14 min, second is safari 22% 1hr 22 min, third is Magic Puzzles 20% 56 min. Any suggestions?
