Lost password for Human app

I lost my password to the Human app on my iphone 8+. I've requested a password several times but no response. When I click on support, it only gives me a list of FAQ's. Any suggestions?

You'll have to contact the app developer for support. that's not an Apple product or service.

I think the app has largely been abandoned.
