According to the macOS Catalina page, it states that MacMini 2012 or later should be able to update. right now I have Mojave and when I click on software update, nothing shows up. When I go to the app store and look up Catalina it shows a cloud download icon. When I click that it goes back to software update and does not show the catalina update.

Update:....To force my mac mini to download it, I had to go to my account and look up purchases since I installed Catalina on my macbook pro. for some odd reason it wouldn't automatically do it on the mac mini..... really odd behavior... it did it automatically on my wife's imac.
Look in your Applications Folder for the macOS 10.15 Installer.

Installer not in the applications folder. Already checked out the link and software update doesn't show its available for my mac mini.
