No Cricut Maker Found iphone

My iPhone says that the machine is connected when I go under my iPhone settings to connect Bluetooth but when I try to finish installing set up through the app I get, a screen comes up that says select accessory but there is no accessory to select. Then a screen pops up that says No Cricut Maker Found. I have “forgotten this device” in the Bluetooth phone selection and reconnected. I have deleted the app and redownloaded. I have shut the phone off and restarted. Nothing works. I called the help number. I’m on hold now. I’ve been on hold 29 minutes. Anyone have a solution?
