ECG not on Apple Watch

Hi. I purchased an iWatch 5 in Australia. ECG is not allowed / available in Australia. I live in Norway where ECG is available. Does this mean that I can download the ECG app when I come back to Norway or will I not have access to this fuction because I bought the watch in Australia?

ECG app not available in Australia Why is the ECG app not available in Australia when it's available in so many other countries? I bought the watch as I have been diagnosed with A Fib and need a way to monitor. This was they key reason I purchased. To find it then not available is so very disappointing.

correct, you will not have access to ECG before it is (if its) approved in Australia
