iPhone7 Plus crashes totally, when taking photo in portrait mode

iPhone7 Plus crashes totally, when taking photo in portrait mode using camera application of iOS. Screen goes black and nothing works. Doesn't react even start button, nor hard boot with volume button together with power on button. Need to be attached to power charger adapter, then reacts normally to power button and restarts the phone. This problem have occured sometimes also with Pixaloop application. Other application seems to work perfectly. Sometimes I have been able to take portrait (bokeh) photos, but in most of the cases phone chashes.
