How can I downgrade Catalina to 10.15 (instead of 10.15.2)? My printer software doesn't work anymore and HP support tells me it's my update.
When I try to restart the computer, I do get to click on the option to go back to an earlier Time Machine point, however when I click that I don't see any options available (spinning wheel of death).
Help would be very much appreciated!

Did the printer work with 10.15? If it did I don't know why it wouldn't work with 10.15.2. Or do you mean 10.14?
Log into another user account and see if the problem persists there in Photos. (This tells us if the problem is limited to your user account or is system wide).
Boot into Safe Mode (Use Safe Mode to isoloate issues with your Mac) and try from there. Reboot normally and test again.
NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing some system cache cleaning, volume verifying and directory repairing.

Do they not have new drivers on their site?
You would have to go back to 10.14 (Mojave) or earlier to make old 32bit printer drivers work.
That would mean lots of things like your photo library would be unreadable and impossible to reformat to the older standards - that is just one example.
If you have a TM backup from before Catalina it is an option, but then you lose all ther files (documents, photos music etc etc) you added of updated since that date.
Maybe you need a new modern printer, or if your current one has wifi "Airprint" support, use that instead of drivers if you can connect the printer and the Mac to the same wifi network.
