I have trouble updating homepod: 12.1.3 => 13.3 update

I have trouble updating homepod.

I just bought second homepod (first one works perfect). The new one is 12.1.3 and it discovers fresh 13.3 update. No matter if I try to update from iphone or mac, after clicking “download and install” it displays “requesting update” forever. I already reset it three times. (plug in out, but also pressing for 5 seconds, resetting and configuring from scratch).

I do not know what to do... Google did not bring any good results. Please help...
