Unlocking of icloud
Hey, I'm thinking about buying an iphone but the cheapest one I can find has its icloud locked. I was wondering if you guys would be able to unlock it for me. Thank you

Sorry no. Neither we (users like you) nor Apple can help you.
You need to have the credentials that were used to activate that iPhone. Withour them, that device is useless to you.
