Bootcamp Windows 10 crashing every 5-10 minutes on iMac 2019 10.15.2

I installed Windows 10 under bootcamp after having issues of it crashing multiple attempts during the installation process. After launching Windows 10 it crashes every 5-10 minutes.

Is this a known issue?

If so is it a Mac OS, Win 10, Bootcamp, formatting partition issue along APFS, or iMac 2019 issue?

Are there plans to patch this?

When can we expect this to be resolved?

If not a known issue should bring in the iMac to be serviced or returned?
