BootCamp-installed windows crashes during boot up iMac 2017 Retina 27

As of 15 Sept 2020 BootCamp-installed windows crashes during boot up iMac 2017 Retina 27

Crashes and restarts during initial windows logo being turned to login screen. (between them with black screen)

Reinstalled dozen times. Original MSDN Windows installers

Starts always fine if you restart windows in "low resolution" safe mode or any safe mode at all.

Have STRONG suspicion it has something to do with bootcamp accesoires software or video driver.

For year or two ago on the same machine BootCamp installed Winows just fine - not a single complain!

EtreCheck report below

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 10.15

The proble was caused by a plugged USB-C -> Lightning cable! Manufacturer - "Baseus".

Unplugged the cable - and Windows started booting up just fine!
