When I lift my wrist my time face on my apple watch does not turn on, I need to tap the face of the watch to see the time, while trying to figure out why, I accidently turned on my power mode on my iwatch and now only the time shows, please help!

I need help shutting off the power mode on my iwatch

Go to the Watch app on the iPhone. Go to My Watch> General>Wake Screen>Wake Screen on Wrist Raise. Make sure that is turned on.

Ok now I have the power mode off, but now I still need help on turning on my face display when my wrist goes up, as this only happens when I touch the screen?
