Pink horizontal lines over black ink

Hello!

My computer forms horizontal pink/blue lines over black text or coloration. Is this fixable?

Details:

Lines do not show up in a screenshot of screen
Density of lines differ but can cover the whole screen
MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650 1536 MB

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.12

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
