Pink lines on screen

Hi guys, I’m getting these large vertical lines on my work MacBook Pro. They have just appeared after working perfectly. Any ideas? I can’t seem to access the comp at all…

Lines all over my screen? Please help! Hey guys so it’s really my first time using a forum, idk what else to do at this point. I’ve had my MacBook Pro 5 years and used it probably a total of 10 times. I shut it down everytime I use it and I’ve randomly gotten these black lines all over my screen. Anyone seen this issue?
