Fraudulent transaction on Apple ID for an App that I did not download

I have a suspected fraudulent transaction on my Debit Card. The transaction was done in the US (whilst I am in Singapore) and for an App that I did not even download. How can I report this to Apple or relevant entity? I have already informed the bank.

Follow these steps to try and identify the charges:

If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support


If you find charges on your account that you did not do your account migth have been compromised

Follow these steps:

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support


To request a refund you can use:

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


If you still need more help or need help to investigate what has happned

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
